Health Information About Video Games

For interest I have included a link (above) to some information about the possible health effects of playing video games.

This link also provides a list of positives that can be gained from video game playing also.

I know that this subject comes up a lot when I talk to parents and I even use some of these health effects to try and minimise the time that my own teen and tween play games.  I have not been too successful yet at educating mine to be disciplined with time management when it comes to gaming!
